As a girls' school, Makassed College for Girls has taken a pioneering step in incorporating new programs in its curriculum. These extra-curricular programs, which are given on a weekly basis, cater for an array of girls' needs and provide them with opportunities to find and develop their own "voice". They grow to have confidence in their ability to become productive, contributing, happy and therefore successful adults who can make a difference in their society.
