The students of Grade 9 went to the cinema on Thursday, April 26th,2012 to watch “Hunger Games”. They enjoyed watching the movie with their teacher.

Hiba Naji of Grade 11 participated in the Jawdat Haidar Poetry Recital Competition held on Monday,April 23rd, 2012. She recited one of Haidar’s poems on stage, delighting the audience with her exceptional performance.

It's so interesting to know how our new friends spend their day at Ellis Middle School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. We watched the power point presentation they have sent us and learned about the activities held at their school. We are also excited to read our first messages and write back. It's really wonderful to develop a bond with epals from USA.
